      The blade features 67 layers of forged Damascus steel with a core of 10Cr15CoMoV steel (VG10 equivalent), providing exceptional edge retention and corrosion resistance. Each layer adds uniform hardness and controlled flexibility, ensuring durability and precise cutting. Vacuum heat treatment raises the hardness to 60 ± 2 HRC, optimizing edge stability. The hammered pattern reduces friction and prevents food from sticking, ensuring smooth slicing. The Santoku geometry offers versatility: vegetables, meats, and fish can all be sliced with consistent performance.

      The handle is made of Pakka wood, consisting of thin layers of natural wood impregnated with high-density resin. This combination provides moisture resistance and dimensional stability without warping during continuous use. Its ergonomic shape ensures excellent grip, reducing fatigue during long cutting sessions. Polished finish facilitates cleaning and maintains handle integrity over time.
