The blade is constructed from three layers of steel: a hard 10Cr15CoMoV alloy core for edge retention, and two outer layers of high-toughness stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The set undergoes composite forging and vacuum heat treatment, achieving a hardness of 60 ± 2 HRC with a uniform microstructure. The edge is sharpened to a 15° angle per side, ensuring fine and smooth cuts. A polished finish reduces friction and minimises food adhesion.

The handle, made of high-density redwood, has an ergonomic profile that perfectly balances weight and “full tang” stability. The selected wood provides dimensional stability, moisture resistance, and a natural touch, guaranteeing comfort during prolonged use.
