The blade is forged from 67 layers of Damascus steel, combining strength with flexibility. At its core lies vacuum-treated 10Cr15CoMoV stainless steel, providing superior toughness and exceptional edge retention. The outer layers alternate between high-carbon alloys and stainless steel, ensuring a balance of hardness (60 ±2 HRC) and corrosion resistance. The folding and high-temperature forging process creates the unique Damascus pattern, distributing internal stresses and guaranteeing consistent cutting performance. Final sharpening at a V-edge angle of 12–15° per side enhances precision and allows easier maintenance. A 2.2 mm spine thickness provides robustness without compromising cutting agility. The satin finish reduces food adhesion, making it ideal for slicing meat, vegetables, and herbs with surgical precision.

Handle Material
Crafted from stabilised rosewood, the handle offers a natural feel with excellent moisture resistance. Its ergonomic shape, reinforced with three metal rivets, ensures a firm and comfortable grip even during prolonged use. The distinctive wood grain enhances durability while adding refined aesthetics without compromising safety.
