      The blade of this knife features a central core made of 14Cr14MoVNb powdered steel, renowned for its high hardness (62–64 HRC), excellent edge retention, and wear resistance. This core ensures precise and long-lasting cuts, essential for both professional and home culinary use. Surrounding the core are 36 layers of SUS410 stainless steel on each side, forming the characteristic Damascus pattern. SUS410 steel provides corrosion resistance while enhancing the overall strength and durability of the blade. This combination delivers an optimal balance between cutting performance and blade longevity.

      The handle is crafted from natural olive wood, valued for its density, durability, and natural antimicrobial properties. It provides excellent grip, ergonomic comfort, and a refined, exclusive finish that enhances the knife’s design.
