      Designed for precise and long-lasting cuts, this chef’s knife combines high-performance engineering with premium materials. The blade is crafted with a dual-core structure forged from 10Cr15CoMoV and 9Cr18MoV stainless steels. Together, they form 110 layers of Damascus steel, ensuring stability, edge retention, and superior corrosion resistance.

      The 10Cr15CoMoV steel provides outstanding hardness and edge retention, while the 9Cr18MoV reinforces chemical and mechanical resistance. This fusion results in a razor-sharp, durable blade, ideal for intensive kitchen environments.

      The handle, made from Desert Ironwood — one of the densest and most resilient woods in the world — offers extreme structural stability, moisture resistance, and long-lasting durability. A synthetic bovine bone inlay reinforces the joint, ensuring ergonomics and safety during continuous use.
