Care Instructions for Tricolour Copper Damascus Kitchen Knives

• Natural Oxidation: Copper may change color or darken when exposed to air. This is normal and does not affect functionality or safety.

• Cleaning & Maintenance: To maintain shine, periodically clean the blade with lemon juice, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Citric acid helps remove oxidation and restore appearance.

• Avoid Moisture: Minimise contact with water; clean and dry immediately after use.

This knife is forged with a 12Cr18MoV stainless steel core, known for corrosion resistance and excellent edge retention. Surrounding the core are 36 alternating layers of metals: purple copper, brass, and 316L stainless steel. Purple copper provides antimicrobial properties and a vintage look; brass adds structural strength and oxidation resistance; 316L stainless steel offers durability and chemical stability. The triple-layer lamination creates a unique visual effect with coloured layers and natural Damascus patterns. With hardness up to 60±2 HRC, the blade ensures smooth, consistent cuts while maintaining edge longevity even under heavy use.
