About Us
Where precision meets tradition
From the heart of Yangjiang the world’s knife-making capital we combine advanced engineering with artisanal finishing to create blades that not only perform, but endure.
Our Craft
At Fire Forge & Knives, we believe that every blade must earn its place in your kitchen.
Manufactured by a trusted partner in Yangjiang, Guangdong, our knives begin in precision-engineered forges where high-grade stainless and damascus steels are layered, heated to specific temperatures and pressed into flawless form.
Each piece then enters a dedicated hand-finish line polished, honed and inspected by specialists who treat every knife as a work of art.
Materials end Process
Our knives are born from a hybrid process that unites industrial precision with human craftsmanship.
In Yangjiang, high-performance steels such as powder steel cores (e.g., VG-10, 14Cr, or ST650, depending on the model) are combined with outer layers of stainless steel, usually 316 or 316L, forming a unique Damascus pattern.
The consolidated billet is then precision forged and shaped by CNC, followed by vacuum heat treatment and, where applicable, cryogenic tempering to ensure stability and edge retention.
Each blade is then ground, sharpened, and finished by hand polished, honed, and individually inspected.
The handles are assembled from responsibly sourced woods, with FSC-certified options available, and are installed using traditional methods to ensure ergonomics and durability.
Specifications such as the number of layers, core type, hardness (HRC), and heat treatment details may vary depending on the series; Each product page provides these details transparently.
Our Purpose
We don’t simply market luxury knives we commit to it.
Through rigorous testing and internationally recognised certifications (CE, LFGB, SGS, FSC) we ensure that each Fire Forge blade delivers on quality, safety and sustainability.
Our promise is simple: what we show is what we deliver.
Our Vision
We imagine a future where fine knives are admired not only for what they cut, but for what they represent.
In our studio one day, select models will hang like framed artworks visible proof that precision, craftsmanship and design belong side by side.
Because we believe in tools that perform, inspire and persist.
Precision. Purpose. Permanence.
