      This bread knife is designed for high technical performance, offering precise cutting and superior durability. Its blade is constructed from 67 layers of Damascus steel, surrounding a core of 10Cr15CoMoV steel — a high-carbon alloy with cobalt, molybdenum, and vanadium, known for wear resistance, excellent edge retention, and aggressive cutting capability. The outer stainless steel layers form a refined Damascus pattern that is not only aesthetic but also protects against oxidation and lateral impacts. Controlled heat treatment ensures a hardness of 60 ± 2 HRC, ideal for slicing bread with a hard crust and soft interior.

      The handle is made from rosewood, a dense and oily wood with high dimensional stability. Its natural composition provides moisture resistance, durability against cracking, and a comfortable grip during prolonged use. The blade-to-handle fit is firm, with polished and ergonomic finishing for enhanced cutting control.
