      The monoblock blade, made of 1.4116 stainless steel, undergoes controlled tempering to 56–58 HRC, ensuring excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance. The mirror-polished finish reduces friction during cutting and facilitates cleaning. High-alloy steel provides uniform hardness from the core to the edges, keeping the blade stable under impact. The bevel geometry is optimized for precise cuts and efficient food scraping. Differential heat treatment achieves an ideal balance of toughness and hardness, preventing brittleness. With a moderate blade thickness (2.2 mm), the cleaver combines robustness with maneuverability. The full-tang design maximizes force transmission from handle to blade.
