Professional Knives Set in Böhler M390 Steel – Hybrid Handle with Desert Ironwood, Silver Wire, Blue Titanium & Synthetic Ruby

This set features three of the most technical and refined knives ever developed by Fire Forge & Knives: Chef, Nakiri, and Utility knives, all crafted from Böhler M390 powder metallurgy steel, renowned worldwide for edge retention, mechanical strength, and chemical stability.

Produced using powder metallurgy (PM) and subjected to vacuum heat treatment with cryogenic cooling, the blades achieve a hardness of 60–62 HRC, ensuring extreme precision and long-lasting durability even under heavy use.

The hybrid handle is made from desert ironwood, one of the densest woods in the world, inlaid with pure silver wire and finished with anodised blue titanium and synthetic ruby on the rear. The handle features an octagonal design for maximum ergonomics and balance.

The set comes in a solid wooden presentation box with protective interior, suitable for safe storage and elegant display.
