7″ Santoku Knife in Damascus Steel with AUS-10 Core and Walnut Handle

Designed for precision and durability, this 7-inch Santoku knife combines a Japanese AUS-10 steel core with 66 layers of stainless steel, forming a Damascus-pattern blade that balances hardness, edge retention, and corrosion resistance. The AUS-10 core features a high carbon content, providing a hardness of up to 60±2 HRC, enabling clean cuts and long-lasting sharpness. The outer layers in SUS430 stainless steel reinforce structural stability and increase resistance to stains and oxidation.

The handle is crafted from American black walnut wood, sealed with a synthetic bone insert. Walnut offers excellent impact resistance and dimensional stability, even in humid environments. The ergonomic design ensures a firm grip and total control for continuous cutting.
