This chef’s knife features a 67-layer Damascus steel blade with a 10Cr15CoMoV core (hardness 60±2 HRC), providing superior edge retention and wear resistance. The outer layers of 316L stainless steel offer excellent corrosion resistance and flexibility. The high-polish finish reduces food adhesion, ensuring smooth and precise cuts. With a blade thickness of 2.1 mm, the knife balances robustness and cutting agility, suitable for continuous professional use.

The hybrid handle combines desert ironwood (high density, ergonomic comfort, and moisture resistance) with black G10 (fibreglass and epoxy resin, lightweight, stable, and anti-slip). This construction enhances structural durability and provides excellent grip even during intensive use.
