Blade Description:
This 7″ Santoku knife features a core made of 10Cr15CoMoV steel, providing optimised hardness (60–62 HRC), excellent edge retention, and easy sharpening. Surrounding the core are 67 layers of Damascus steel, offering wear resistance and a unique pattern that strengthens the structure without adding weight. The outer Damascus layers also provide corrosion protection due to their composition of carbon, chromium, and molybdenum. Each blade undergoes tempering and stress-relief processes to achieve ideal hardness, balancing flexibility and edge stability. The result is precise, durable cutting, perfect for vegetables, meat, and fish.

Handle – Pakkawood:
The handle is crafted from Pakkawood, a high-density resin-impregnated wood combining moisture resistance and dimensional stability with superior ergonomics. Its textured surface ensures a secure grip even during extended use, while the polished finish enhances aesthetics and simplifies cleaning.
