Bread Knife – 53-Layer Tricolour Copper Damascus Steel | Precision Serrated Cutting
This premium bread knife is crafted using a 53-layer Tricolour Copper Damascus steel structure, combining 316L stainless steel, brass, purple copper, and a 12Cr18MoV stainless steel core. The layered construction creates a highly durable, corrosion-resistant blade with an elegant interwoven Damascus pattern.
The 12Cr18MoV core, heat-treated to 60±2 HRC, provides a firm, long-lasting cutting edge, optimised for clean and effortless slicing of bread, pastries and delicate baked goods. The blade’s serrated edge is machine-cut at 30°, ensuring precision performance without crushing the food’s structure.
An integrated rounded heel-to-spine transition improves comfort during extended use, reducing finger pressure and enhancing grip stability. The ergonomic handle is made from Padauk burl wood, reinforced with cupronickel and black G10, offering a smooth, natural feel and excellent balance.
Designed for everyday kitchen tasks, this bread knife delivers exceptional slicing efficiency, structural integrity, and premium craftsmanship. It is suitable for cutting bread, cakes and soft fruits—however, it should not be used for bones or hard foods.
