The blade consists of a 10Cr15CoMoV steel core, vacuum and cryogenically treated, providing flexibility and edge retention. Surrounding the core, 67 layers of Damascus steel offer corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, and a unique visual pattern. The overall hardness reaches 60 ± 2 HRC, ensuring a balance between durability and cutting performance. The V-shaped geometry at 12–15° per side delivers precise cutting performance, ideal for a variety of foods.

The rosewood handle is designed to provide ergonomics, balanced weight distribution, and moisture resistance. Its natural structure reduces vibrations and ensures a firm grip, minimizing fatigue during prolonged use.
