Ji Series Utility Knife — 53-Layer Tricolour Copper Damascus Steel | Padauk Burl Handle
Experience refined daily performance with this Utility Knife forged from 53-layer Tricolour Damascus Steel, featuring alternating layers of 316L stainless steel, brass, and purple copper, wrapped around a high-carbon 12Cr18MoV steel core.
This enhanced multi-metal Damascus structure delivers superior tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and a richly interwoven aesthetic pattern. The heat-treated core reaches 60±2 HRC, guaranteeing outstanding sharpness and prolonged edge retention.
Designed for professional comfort, the blade incorporates an integral rounded heel-to-spine transition, reducing finger pressure during extended use. The handle, crafted from Padauk burl wood, cupronickel and black G10, provides a naturally ergonomic balance and a tactile, non-sticky grip.
Ideal for precision tasks such as slicing fruits, vegetables, herbs, and soft-textured items. Not suited for cutting bone or hard materials.
